Shipping Policy

All products ship from our headquarters in Portugal, unless otherwise arranged with the customer directly. In-stock items will be shipped within 2-5 business days via express shipping. Made-to-order items will be shipped once they arrive at our headquarters. Shipping times may vary depending on your location.

We offer free international express shipping, with some exceptions for certain locations, such as tiny islands in the middle of the ocean where shipping costs can get a bit… unreasonable. If you happen to live on one of these remote islands and still want to make a purchase, just get in touch with us, and we’ll figure out what makes sense.

For customers within the EU, there are no extra fees, such as duties or taxes. Please note however that any customs duties or taxes are the responsibility of the customer for shipments outside the EU.
